What is your average turnaround time?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the type of project, scope, and amount of revisions, it can widely vary case to case. I've spent anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months working on projects. Contact me to schedule your free consultation for an more accurate timeline estimate.
 
Branding Deep Dive: 1-3 weeks
Logo Package: average 4 weeks
Website Package: 6-8 weeks

What is your hourly rate?

Most of my work is billed by the package according to the scope of the project. While I don't normally charge by the hour, on very unique cases I customize an hourly rate for recurring clients with specific needs to provide them with good value–that's why I don't list an hourly rate on my website. Let's have a chat about the specifics of your project and your budget and come up with a plan that will bring value to your business.

What if I don't like the work that's been created?

Accepted Answer

I strive for complete satisfaction in every step of the process. Because of that, much of the process includes reviews and revisions to align the final product with your vision. During the design process we will establish milestones to review the work. If at any of those milestones it is not going the direction you want, you can stop the project and you only owe for the work done up to that point. Deposits are nonrefundable.

How much should I budget to spend on a logo package?

I hate to say it, but it really depends! I love how designer Courtney Caldwell breaks logo design cost down in this blog post. My average branding package falls into the price range of $500-$1000 because though my typical clients are small businesses with simple logo needs, they still need the hands-on understanding of their brand to create something with intention and strategy. Factors that can affect the cost can be timeframe, complexity, amount of revisions, business size, and whether or not you need an initial brand strategy deep dive, as the blog post mentions. Remember that you are paying not just for the time it takes to create the logo, but for the designer's experience and education as well. So keep that in mind as you determine how much to budget.
